Room was big and confortable

Good dinner.
Room was awesome and location great for airport and cruise port. I was needing a room since my flight was cancelled after a 8 day cruise.
What went well for us was the notification for the room readiness. We came in from a cruise and the desk staff was helpful in getting settle in for our journey.
Though there was some confusion for the pick up , the Airport Pick UP was Good and the driver was helpful
Good location breakfast was not included in price but there was breakfast available in restaurant. Staff were friendly and beds were comfortable and room was clean. Great place to stay for price. There was a shuttle for airport and cruise terminal but service was very slow picking us at airport so we took an Uber to cruise terminal.
Perfect location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami and it’s surrounded by stores and restaurants closes enough the the Hard Rock Casino it was better then expected

It was a very busy day .Flight cancellation and cruise passengers arriving early for maybe early check in. The girl at the front desk did an amazing job. Very professional.
I did not like that We had to pay extra for everything, I was sick so to get in the room we had to pay extra, breakfast was not included so we had to be pay extra. I will stay in another hotel that will offer more for less.

The location is great and the only reason to stay.
Nothing…I had to cancel my stay cause my flight were cancelled by the government shut down. Bookings.com and Sheridan have not refunded me and I won’t use either again.
