The location of the hotel is very nice, we stayed on the second floor, our room soooo comfortable, I wish I couldve pack the bed and pillows in my bag. The staff is really nice, especially the front desk agent IKUNA she is awesome!!

My reservation was canceled at the hotel after midnight on February 29th. We had to pay for a room for one night and they had no record of our booking. I called to cancel the booking because the hotel had no reservation for us the next day.
